Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shared Drive Explorer Chrome extension ("Extension" or "Service") provided by Sara El Harkaoui ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Extension. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Extension.

Use of the Extension

The Extension is designed to provide a convenient way to access and navigate your Google Drive "Shared with me" folders directly from your browser. To use the Extension, you must have a Google account and grant the Extension permission to access your Google Drive metadata (file names and folder structure) with the "metadata.readonly" scope.

The Extension runs locally in your browser and does not collect or transmit any of your personal data or Google Drive file contents, the folder structure is stored locally in your browser. All data processing and rendering of your Google Drive folder structure occur within your browser.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the Extension and any actions taken within your Google Drive account. You must comply with Google's Terms of Service and any applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and any other sensitive information. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your Google account or any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Extension or any information accessed through it.

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Extension.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
